CB 100 bolter  
 

The plant is composed by a storage hopper, a screw barrel and a exhausted system.
The material to polish is put in the barrel by a vibrator storage hopper and after a programmable time is discharged with automatic inversion of
screw rotation in the container.
During the crossing in the screw barrel, the material is polished and separated from sawdust and scales trought an exauster cyclon and a special valve
connected to the barrel.
The scales are collected in a container and the sawdust are collected in a bag to be recycled.

This facing is used for wiredrawers cones and rings; it's compact and not porous as it's (casting). It's an excellent facing for valve seats, shafts for rotating pumps, endless screws, plastic extrusion machines.

Disadvantages: the components has to be warmed up till 850 °C, so can be affected by distortion.

Advantages: water-proof and impermeable with materials that are not corrosive for cromel and tungsten carbide.

This coating is used for regenerating weared bushings' fittings, shaft-pumps or hard-packing for aluminium, stainless steel, plastics.

Disadvantages: facings are microporous.

Advantages: the material to be coated won't have any variation for >2 mm thicknesses.

CrO2 facings are more lasting and abrasion-resistant. For safety reasons, as CrO2 at the sublimation temperature makes (esavalente) chrome, extremely toxic and carcinogenic, during the (plasmatura), is replaced by Tentorio with a blend of inert oxide refractory "COSIDE", a bit harder but less thick than CrO2.
The basic blends of Al2O3 and TiO2 are used for txtile machines' components with good resulti, lower than CrO2 and "COSIDE".

Disadvantages: facings are micro-porous, in presence of water or compounds the inner base can oxidize or change composition although the phenolic sealing.
Basi\es in AISI 316 o AISI 304 are adviced.

The s.a.s. Tentorio company is specialized since sixty years in the design and construction of:
- plants for anealing high-low carbon steel wire, with electric, gas, oil, propane or methane gas heating;
